Episode 637

A brilliant blaze erupted from the rings of light encircling Raguel’s arms, fueled by his fury at Zeke’s audacious claim to kill a god.

Raguel glared at Zeke, his voice resonating with divine authority. “I will obliterate you, leaving not a trace of your soul.”

The sheer power of Raguel’s words distorted the air, threatening to tear apart the unique domain Zeke had established. Zeke’s eyes glowed a deep crimson as something began to manifest behind him.

A colossal red eye emerged, crackling with crimson lightning that surged outward, pushing back against Raguel’s flames. This was the eye of the Destroyer, an artifact crafted by an arrogant savior, now unleashing its destructive power.

Raguel, incensed by the sight, roared, “The power of fallen ones! How vile!”

With a sweep of his arms, a massive vortex of flames spiraled from his bracelets, hurtling towards Zeke with the intent to incinerate everything in its path.

Zeke raised his sword, the Blade of Crimson Flames, as the red lightning from the Destroyer’s eye entwined with it, forming a massive weapon that clashed with Raguel’s inferno.

The collision was cataclysmic, the crimson flames and red lightning merging to repel the divine firestorm. The unquenchable flames, once ignited, would burn until all was consumed, but now they met their match in Zeke’s fiery assault.

As the flames and lightning battled for dominance, Raguel intensified his attack, his radiant wings unleashing a spear of fire that soared into the sky before diving towards Zeke.

Zeke reached out, and two legendary swords, Levatein and Ascalon, enveloped in a dazzling array of colors, intercepted the fiery spear.

The impact sent shockwaves rippling through the air, as Levatein, shrouded in dark energy, and Ascalon, imbued with holy power, shattered Raguel’s flames. Astonishingly, the scattered divine fire was absorbed by Ascalon’s blade.

Moments later, Ascalon shimmered with a brilliant light, having absorbed the eternal flames of the constellation. A message appeared before Zeke:

[Ascalon has absorbed the power of Raguel’s ‘Flames of Judgment.’]

[The special skill has merged with the power of judgment, awakening the primordial light of the stars.]

[The power is now unlocked.]

The transformation of the special skill into a divine power was complete, and Ascalon radiated a light as if it were a star in the night sky. Combined with Levatein’s dark energy, the scene resembled a cosmic spectacle.

Raguel, unable to contain his rage at Zeke’s absorption of his power, felt the rings above his head and around his arms resonate, spreading concentric waves outward.

As the shockwaves disrupted Zeke’s domain, he realized Raguel was attempting to fully unleash his divine power by expanding his celestial territory.

Zeke knew that if Raguel, one of the most powerful constellations, fully manifested his true strength, he would be unstoppable. To prevent this, Zeke retrieved an item from his inventory: the Clock of Chronos.

Infusing the clock with the divine powers of and , Zeke activated the power of ‘Reconstruction.’

The dormant clock responded to Zeke’s power, glowing as a massive golden clock appeared in the sky, its hands slowly turning backward.

Utilizing the clock’s power, Zeke activated Chronos’s ability to ‘Rewind.’

Unexpectedly, the power of Chronos resonated with Zeke’s domain, ‘The Chamber of Time,’ causing Raguel’s summoned space to be reversed and unsummoned.

Raguel, having expended a great deal of karma to summon his domain, was taken aback as it vanished.

“You insignificant creature!” Raguel shouted, realizing too late that he had underestimated Zeke. Though human, Zeke’s powers rivaled those of the constellations, and his strategic use of them surpassed even that.

As Zeke’s ‘Rewind’ power reversed the flow of time within his domain, the fiery spear that had been descending towards Atlas began to retreat, moving further away.

Raguel was stunned to see Zeke not only stop time but also reverse it, something thought impossible by any divine power.

“Reversing time… that’s something no power should be able to achieve…” Raguel muttered, a sudden realization dawning on him.

“Could it be… a fragment of the primordial light?” Raguel’s eyes widened in disbelief as he glared at Zeke, who had somehow harnessed a power thought to be beyond reach.

Despite his disdainful words, Raguel could no longer dismiss Zeke as a mere human. But it was too late; Zeke had already fully absorbed Raguel’s power of judgment through Ascalon.

The crimson flames in Zeke’s hand transformed into the true Flames of Judgment, their color and form shifting. As he extended his hand, the flames morphed into a spear.

“With the power I took from you, I will end you,” Zeke declared, launching the fiery spear at Raguel.

The spear, blazing like a meteor, hurtled towards Raguel, who raised his hands. Three rings resonated, forming a massive ring of light in the air, from which white flames surged forth.

The white flames, writhing like living serpents, coiled around the spear, halting its advance and intensifying the surrounding heat, distorting Zeke’s domain.

The powerful flames shook the domain maintained by Chronos’s clock, causing Raguel’s fiery ring to vibrate violently.

A resonant hum emanated from the massive ring, shaking the very core of the world Zeke had crafted within his unique domain.

Crack―

The distortions within the domain accelerated, and Zeke could feel the space beginning to tear apart.

Soon, through the rifts in the torn space, a scorching wind born from the clash of flames began to seep out.

Hiss―

As the heat flowed beyond the domain, time slowly resumed its course.

Witnessing this, Raguel focused his power once more on the colossal ring.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

The ring Raguel conjured expanded, revealing something within its bounds.

Rumble―

A strange being, its entire form composed of white flames, emerged from the ring. It had dozens of wings made of light and four faces resembling a lion and a leopard.

Zeke recognized the entity Raguel had summoned.

“The second beast of the apocalypse, Hela.”

He recalled reading about a creature with a similar appearance in the apocryphal texts, a beast heralding the end of the world, commanded by none other than Raguel.

“In the apocrypha, it was said to be a demon’s servant, but in truth, it was nurtured by a celestial being.”

Hela, the beast of the apocalypse, fully emerged from the ring, its four heads roaring in different directions.

Roar!

The beast’s cry further shook Zeke’s domain.

Simultaneously, the clock of Chronos, suspended in the air, began to lose its light and gradually faded away.

Crack―

As the unique domain nearly shattered, time resumed its flow.

Raguel, seeing this, commanded Hela.

“Beast of the apocalypse! Tear that blasphemer apart! Cast his soul into the fiercest flames! I shall personally deliver the most excruciating punishment!”

At Raguel’s command, Hela charged at Zeke.

Screech!

White flames spewed from Hela’s mouth.

In response, Ascalon flew forward, deploying a sacred barrier to block the flames.

Boom!

Hela’s white flames could not penetrate the barrier of light.

Screech!

Then, wings of light ignited on Hela’s back, launching fiery arrows in all directions.

Whoosh!

The arrows of light curved through the air, targeting Zeke.

This time, Levatein conjured a dark barrier to intercept the arrows.

Having thwarted all of Hela’s attacks, Zeke shouted at Raguel.

“It’s useless! Raguel, your flames of punishment no longer affect me!”

At Zeke’s words, Raguel glared at him, illuminating three rings.

Rumble!

Suddenly, Raguel’s form was enveloped in light once more.

Hum!

The avatar Raguel had descended into began to vibrate with unprecedented intensity.

The avatar and the rings of light resonated, sending waves in all directions.

Moments later, the waves finally shattered Zeke’s domain.

Crack―

The chamber of time completely collapsed, and the world that had been frozen shattered like glass.

Time began to flow once more.
